HEALTHY AND PRODUCTIVE EARLY MORNING HABITS OF HAPPY MOMS

In today’s video I talk about 4 morning habits that could really get you in a good mood. Life is unpredictable and we can’t control the things that happen in life, however, we can control how we react. The best way to get the best out of ourselves and make the best decisions is by being the the best mindset and mood as possible.

  1. JOURNAL YOUR HEART OUT

LET IT ALL GO IN PAPER! MOTHERHOOD BRINGS A LOT OF FEELINGS THAT WE NEVER KNEW. RAISE AWARENESS BY PUTTING THEM ON PAPER AND FIGURING YOURSELF OUT. THAT WILL HELP YOU FIND NEW WAYS TO CHOOSE HAPPINESS.

2. GET MOVING

WHETHER IT IS CARDIO, YOGA OR JUST A SIMPLE STRETCH. MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR BODY MOVING IN ORDER TO GET YOUR BLOOD GOING AND HELPING YOUR BODY PRODUCE ALL THOSE BEAUTIFUL ENDORPHINS YOU NEED TO FEEL GOOD AND HAPPY.

3. HAVE YOUR THING

BASICALLY HAVE WHATEVER YOU NEED TO HAVE THAT WILL MAKE YOU GET IN THAT BOSS MODE. FOR ME IT IS COFFEE. THE SMELL, THE TASTE AND THE WARMTH MAKES ME FEEL LIKE I CAN TAKE ON THE WORLD. WHAT IS IT FOR YOU?

4. DRINK WATER

FIRST THING IN THE MORNING, THE FIRST THING THAT I DO IS GO STRAIGHT TO THE KITCHEN AND DRINK WATER. IT BOOSTS MY METABOLISM, I FEEL LIKE I’M DOING SOMETHING SUPER GOOD FOR MY BODY AND THAT MAKES ME FEEL VERY HAPPY ABOUT MY DECISIONS.
